One of the great speakers who graced the invitation was Kofi Osei Bonsu.
He gave a presentation on what our communities need, he talked on many points which are critical to the survival society and businesses in general.
The first thing he spoke about is the fact that we are a country that responds to situations, and we don’t plan towards these scenarios.
“We react to galamseyers, we circumstances around our environment, we react to foreigners taken over our business environments,” and much more he added.

One problem in the society is that we don’t plan at all, how can we expect success and forward movements when we don’t plan against situations, such as the aforementioned. Kofi Osei Buns spoke about several factors to look at when we come up with ideas. He said, “ideas are always beautiful, when we come up with ideas in our head, we should take note of the market which would validate the reality of these ideas.” He further went to say that the first factor to consider before we rush with implementing ideas is looking at the competitive advantage, you should access your research data to ascertain whether or not you have enough facts to validate your ideas.
He also went further to talk about the feasibility of the idea with respect to the environment. For example, you might have an idea to build a rocket in Ghana, that is to say, “an Astronaut.” An idea such as this is quashed by environmental factors.

He spoke further on subject matters such as Micro small and medium enterprise, Policies and investments within the private and public sectors and lots more.
Co-Speakers in this discussion are the Chairman of GIPC
